The 2011 Crybaby Classic Mountain Bike Race is being held in Harbor Springs, Michigan at Nub's Nob Ski Area on their Nordic Trail System.
The Midwest's Best, Nub's Nob Nordic Trail Crybaby Classic Race Route is a 9.5 mile challenging closed-loop course. Course is professionally manicured, prepared, marked, mowed and ready to shred!
Hardpack dirt.
Constant rolling hills.
Mostly wooded.
Wide trail sections for passing.
Some of the finest Moutain Bike Race Terrain in the entire midwest!
This year you're getting what you asked for...OVER 3 MILES OF SINGLE TRACK added to the course after the "Crybaby Climb." New rolling, flat, downhill, easy, fast single track climbs--you'll feel like you're flying!
This event is SPECTATOR FRIENDLY. Spectators are encouraged to gather at the Start/Finish Lines to cheer on their favorite athletes. Spectating and plenty of viewing areas are available. Free, fully-paved on-site parking for 1,500 at the Start/Finish Line.

CRYBABY CLASSIC Crybabies: Ford Motor Company, this year's Primary Sponsor, wants a little friendly competition in the Crybaby Classic so we are adding a new Team Classification to the event. There is no extra charge for this team event, just an additional $750 in prize money, compliments of Ford. A complete list of rules is available by clicking here. FREE KIDS RACE
Bring the kids! This event features a FREE Kids Race for girls & boys ages 5-16.
Special One Mile Loop. PRIZES FOR ALL!!
Helmets are mandatory. Parent or legal guardian must be present to sign waiver during registration. Please register in the Nubs Nob Lodge on race day and be ready to go at 1:00pm. Kids race is limited to 50 participants so get here early! First wave will begin around 1:15pm. The Kids Race Course is in full view of the lodge and is a great location to see it all!
Daycare On-site provided by North Country Kids Licensed Daycare. Enter yourself in the race and treat your kids to an explorable day. Cost to parents is $50 for the entire day plus $5 for lunch, or $12 per hour.
Professional MC and Music. We'll keep you in the loop as the athletes whip through the course with the help of our Professional MC. We will start the race with the National Anthem and finish the race with awards for the athletes.
Beverage Tents on site along with delicious food and grilling by Nub's Nob. View menu. Everything you need to enjoy this event will be here at Nub's Nob. Restrooms with indoor plumbing are available inside the Nub's Nob Ski Lodge. The U.S. National Ski Patrol will also be on-site for First Aid needs.
